Eric A. Adolphe, Esq. Chief Executive Officer
Eric A. Adolphe is CEO of GPSI and the visionary behind GOVPROP.com. Eric has supported the acquisition of several Government contracting firms and assisted many clients in building best in class bid and proposal and sales organizations which directly lead to accelerated growth. Previously, Eric was founder and CEO of OPTIMUS Corporation and winner of the National Capital Business Ethics Award. He has a JD from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law; and a Bachelor of Engineer in Electrical Engineering from the City College of New York.
Robert B. Dickson, President
Bob Dickson is a Co-Founder and President of GPSI. He has over 35 years of industry and government experience managing professional programs and contracting organizations dedicated to national security and international affairs. After a successful career in the U.S. Department of State Senior Executive Service, Bob has worked as an industry executive and consultant in business-government relations and federal acquisitions. He is a Colonel, USA Retired and holds a BA from Rutgers University and an MBA in Management from Marymount University.
Dwayne Robinson, Vice President & COO
Dwayne Robinson is a Co-Founder and serves as the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of GPSI. Dwayne is a founder of Executive Business Advisors, LLC (EBA) providing advisory services to C-Level executives on entrepreneurship, organizational development, strategic planning, business growth, personnel development, and mergers and acquisitions. He was the President & CEO of VSTI. Dwayne has a BS in Computer Science from Long Island University; an MS in MIS from Bowie State University; and is working to complete a PhD in organizational leadership.
Barg Upender, Chief Technology Officer
Barg Upender is a Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at GPSI. Barg was the founder and CEO of Mobomo, one of the pioneering mobile apps companies that builds innovative mobile and web products for entrepreneurs, enterprises, and federal government. He also founded and sold Intridea and Concentric Methods. Barg received an MS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
Bob Suda, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives
Bob Suda is a Co-Founder and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at GPSI. Bob is also the president of Suda and Associates providing strategic insight to government contractors. He has successfully managed large Financial and Information Technology organizations in the Federal Government some with staff in excess of 1000 associates. He was the interim director of the U.S. Dept. of Transportation Volpe Center, an Associate CIO for Operations for USDA, an Assistant Commissioner for GSA IT Solutions and the CFO of the GSA Federal Technology Service. Bob has a BS in Accounting from King’s College.
Melanie Baker, Principal Proposal Expert
Melanie Baker is a Co-Founder and the principal proposal expert for GPSI. Melanie has more than 30 years’ experience in leading winning proposal efforts for US federal, commercial, and foreign government proposals. She has trained teams and developed tailored processes for large and small business enterprises in strategic business planning, proposal development, technical writing/editing, and long-term planning. She has facilitated wins exceeding $100B over the past 10 years. Most recently, Melanie was the Knowledge Management Director and Integration and Capture Management Director for DynCorp International. Prior to this, she was the Deputy Director for Proposal Development for Parsons. Melanie attended the University of Phoenix/Columbia. Melanie has been a major contributor to the GOVPROP Academy.
Mike Lisagor, Chief Knowledge Officer
Mike Lisagor is a Co-Founder and Chief Knowledge Officer at GPSI. Mike is responsible for the development of the GOVPROP Academy. He founded Celerity Works in 1999 to help government contractor executives accelerate their revenue growth. Prior to this, Mike was a government contractor vice president of domestic and international business development for over ten years. He has an MS in Management from National Louis University where he taught marketing for managers. He also implemented the project risk management process and training program for GSA FEDSIM. Mike is the author of Managing and Winning Government Business and The Enlightened Manager.
Michael Peacock, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Michael Peacock is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at GPSI. Michael has long standing relationships within the Federal Government and a wide range of system integrators and technology companies at senior levels. He has also been the Chief Marketing Officer for DV-United, LLC for the last nine years. Prior to this he was a Director of Business Development at SI International and Litton PRC. He was also the VP of Logistics Services for C3, Inc. for 8 years. Michael is a former U.S. Marine Corps officer and has a BA from California State University, Bakersfield.
Jasson Walker, Chief Security Officer
Jasson Walker Jr. is the Chief Security Officer at GPSI. Jasson established cFocus Software Incorporated in 2006 to provide custom SharePoint development, administration, web application development, help desk, and information assurance services to federal government clients. Prior to that, Jasson was a Lead Software Developer for Advanced Systems Development (ASD), Inc. and a Senior Software Engineer for Optimus Corporation. Jasson has a BA in Mathematics from Dartmouth College. Jasson is a CISSP, a Certified Ethical Hacker, a Certified Penetration Tester, Security+ certified, and PMP certified.
